What to Expect when you receive your Vintage French Finds

All of the items you purchase have been painstakingly sterilized, washed, polished, and ironed by hand, in order to be ready to use. 

Before we Ship

All sales are final once your order is shipped.  We encourage you to contact us by email with any questions concerning your order before it is shipped. WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGES, CREDITS, OR RETURNS. We are happy to send photos of our vintage finds in order to disclose any of the imperfections or charming signs our vintage pieces show from age and use. You can contact us at cestchicvintagefrenchfinds@gmail.com with your request, and we will do our best to ensure the quality and authenticity of our vintage finds.

Shipping and Insurance

We personally pack our shipments, and take extra caution when packing fragile items. For extra protection due to loss or damage, you may opt to add an additional fee of $10.00 which covers the full price of the item you have purchased. When purchasing FRAGILE items, you agree that you are aware of any potential risks of theft, damage or loss of your shipment. Most Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days.  Please take into account holidays and delays based on worldwide Covid restrictions beyond our control. We use Chronopost International Shipping for all of our shipments. Chronopost will directly send and SMS or email once your package has been picked up from our warehouse.
